Every day something happens in your organization from which others could learn. Every day these stories, these moments of learning become lost if not shared with others. How much further would your organization be today if that information had been made available to others to experience? Experience is the key; a memo is not an experience. A story helps the reader fill in the blanks themselves and solve the problem in their way and compare their answer to the one in the story. Stories are memorable, and the teachings stick.
